This Privacy Policy applies to data that has been directly provided by the user or collected during user access to the Cart Tenders website. Within the scope of its main activity and as a rule, Cart Tenders only receives pseudonymized data, without being able to identify the owner of the personal data from it.

Data retention period
The data collected by Cart Tenders through a visit to its website will be deleted or anonymized within one year of the user deactivating their registration. Cart Tenders will retain the data collected for the purpose of advertising its newsletters until the data subject expresses their wish to stop receiving the newsletters.
The data provided to us for the management of any complaint or claim will be kept for the period strictly necessary for its proper resolution, after which it will be deleted.
Data provided to us for job applications will be kept for the period strictly necessary to process them, including the closure of the job opportunity in question, after which it will be deleted.
